Hi friends, please allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Jennifer and I am a New York State licensed, NCCAOM board certified acupuncturist and herbalist.  Trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in the Finger Lakes region, I am proud to be back in the upstate New York region and able to share my passion with you.

 

I understand that opening up to a new health care practitioner can be scary, daunting, annoying or a host of other emotions, and that’s why I’d like to share a little bit about who I am personally. I grew up in a small town, just north of Utica, NY with a close-knit family and several dogs.  I am a transplant to the Potsdam area (as of 2022) and think it's the perfect fit for the life I'm looking to build!  I enjoy reading for fun and for knowledge, absolutely love being outdoors, and traversing life with my partner Jordan and our brilliant pup Willow! I value honesty, faith, and positivity, and I’m never opposed to asking for help when needed. 

 

Acupuncture can be a little intimidating, but I have received years of training not only in the ancient theory behind acupuncture and TCM, but also in honing the skills and art of acupuncture and it’s additional modalities, in order to be able to provide the pleasant and highly effective treatments I hope to share with you.  Not only do I speak highly of acupuncture, but I too have been on the receiving end of these treatments for years now and understand the healing power it can provide.
